For Spastics
The
Pontefract and District Spastics Association held a party for spastic
Children in the All Saint’s Church Hall, on Friday. A Christmas tea
was served, crackers and balloons were distributed and a display of
Magic was given. Later all except the very young were guests at the All
Saint’s Church pantomime. Transport home was provided and in spite of
the foggy weather, 20 children and parents sat down to tea and each
child received a small present.
