PRISONER OF WAR IN ITALY
Your
magazine, The Digest, is very informative. I read with interest, your
article regarding my father, Mr. F. Lawson's capture in the Middle East,
followed by a period as a prisoner of war in Italy. Is there anyone in
Pontefract who might have been with him in Italy or later on in Germany
as I would be interested in hearing from them. Does anyone have any
information regarding my father's wartime movements or know which
regiment he was in?
